yeah, he's ALOT older in this setting then he is in canon (like a couple of eons old rather then fifty thousand in canon) who was just a normal human living during the chaotic Second Human Civil War but was killed somepoint during that war and was then reborn as a Mort... but, like alot of Morts, he forgot about that part of his life, and alot of the other aspects of his old life before his start to becoming the God-Emperor of Mankind in the Warhammer verse, though he's a much stranger type of mort then usually, hence why he can kindof die
