The Tii’uui Universe, also referred later as Alpha Tii'uui is a universe that exist within the Multiverse where Humanity is a strong and mighty civilization that has expanded across the portion of their native universe using the substance known as the Spice Melange as the source of interstellar travel and cultural development from the planet Arrakis.

By the 10,191 (1585 NE), it be discovered by a fleet of Minmatar warships who emerged through a tear of their reality during the conflict against the Alliance, exploring region of space belonging to the Imperium to find potential interest for resources against their enemies and rivals, their scouts discovered ships lacked Warp-Travel and used it to their advantage but soon discovered a valued source of alternative FTL. A the desert planet was discovered and discovered to be the source of their travel, under the dominion of House Atreides, wanted to gain their trust and further research by posing as traders, but discovered a sudden take over by another Faction known as House Harkonnen, retreated to avoid being caught in a cross fire and reported back to the Republic of their discovery and wait for further orders before anyone else would discover this universe. Several Mandalorians from the Filo and Viau Universes arrived with the Minmatar, hired to teach the Fremen new forms of combat to take on the Sardaukar troopers.
What neither the Harkonnens nor the Padishah Emperor knew was that Paul Atreides and his mother, Lady Jessica had survived and joined a local Fremen tribe and their new allies, Paul led his newfound brethren in a guerrilla war against their common enemy. Taking the name "Muad'Dib", Within a few years, the Harkonnen forces on the planet had suffered crippling losses and spice output had been reduced to insufficient levels.
The Harkonnens' inability to safeguard spice production eventually demanded the attention of the other Great Houses, the Spacing Guild, and even the emperor himself. The conflict finally culminated in the Battle of Arrakeen, where Muad'Dib and his Fremen blew down the walls of the city with atomics and rode powerful sandworms through the fortifications to overwhelm the Sardaukar and Harkonnen forces. This marked the end of the Desert War, and the rise of the Atreides Empire.
With the support of their new found allies, the Imperium was now under the control of Atreides and made Dune the capital world.

The region of the Tii'uui Universe had been referred as the "Known Universe" when it was explored and documented by humans native to this reality. The vast majority of this space was claimed to be within the realm of the Padishah Emperors, who referred to themselves as Emperors of the Known Universe.
