Traverse City, when it was once a simple town, in the later years of the Age of Uncertainity
Traverse Town, later Traverse City is the name of the city that covers the entirety of the ancient Ecumenopolis world of Topos Katafygiou and often serves as the primary refugee center for the citizens of the United Commonwealths of Worlds during the Malican War. Its' built much like any quaint and humble town found on many of Malica's planets but appearances are deceptive, the town is actually the core part of a planet spanning ecumenopolis that traces its' exists to the a era that predates the Systems Federation hundreds of thousands of years ago and for whatever reason the forces that drives the sentient manifestation of the light uses the city and its' world to place survivors of any Heartless Incursions to the planet until the crisis ends and are returned to their old worlds.

Notes[]
- The planet it is found on roughly translates from Greek to English as "place of Refuge" and given its' status as a sort of refugee center for people displaced by the Heartless in from the 1260s to the 1270s in setting calendar it fits.
- The Town/City is alot older then canon, with the hints of it possibly being millions of years old since it predates the Systems Federation considerably, along with it being mildly eldritch-like in nature, entirely due to the influence that the Light has over the town.
- Instead of being perpetually nighttime due to supernatural reasons, Malica (and Valica)'s versions are this way entirely due to their planet now orbiting a white dwarf star, with hints of it once being a Red Giant some time ago but has since collapsed into a white dwarf, as to why the planet and town remains habitable at all is entirely due to the subtle but incredibly advance technology found within its' depths which produces a artificial atmosphere design to keep a temperate environment regardless of the lack of sunlight hitting the planet.
