Lieutenant Commander Tuvok was a 24th century Vulcan Alliance officer. He served as tactical officer and security officer, as well as second officer on the USS Voyager under Captain Kathryn Janeway during its seven year journey through Duyi'zu to Filo universes. Tuvok was a prize-winning orchid breeder. He used grafting techniques on flowers from both Earth and Vulcan. He's one of the people in the Borg invasion of Xuuti'kjil Earth
