The Unified Powers Act, later known as the Unified Powers Act of 1574 was a bill approved by Allied Courts of Justice. The act was one of many war-time amendments to the Allied Council that centralized the balance of power in the Alliance, pulling it away from the memberstates and focusing it primarily within the Offices of several branches within the Alliance. The original legislation provided the Council with the legal authority to approve laws that affects the Alliance as a whole and create armies that's independent of any memberstates and can order the creation of it's own department like organization
