The renown ace Axis commando code-named Viceroy from Pol Earth was a famous individual war hero in the Axis of Empires. He was a Greater German Empire commando and wore the uniform of a common German solider, though his outfit was jet black or he wore a Stark red helmet with a black lens. Viceroy’s actions in the First Multiverse War were commendable, he even once dueled against Blazkowitcz in a brief firefight and chased him through the ruins of New York and once again in Philadelphia during the Invasion of America.
What was known about Viceroy was indifferent about other races within the Greater German Empire and no one admitted that they have ever really seen his face besides his fellow Commandos in his unit.

Viceroy rarely spoke in combat except giving orders or making a comment when appropriate, he only seemed focused in completing the mission and then reporting back in. He would often risk his life to save a fellow comrade and would never leave a comrade behind unless it compromised the mission. One could say that Viceroy was ruthlessly efficient but his combat role demanded him not to show compassion towards those who wouldn't follow orders or where incompetent in completing their mission.
However, Viceroy's unit did seem to have a high capture rate of not only enemy equipment but personnel to. While small in numbers the amount of prisoners that Viceroy took did often number around 2-3 on average. These prisoners when sent to the Greater German Empire prisoner of war camps seemed to be treated a lot more differently and received more leisure activities and respect from the German guards - what these prisoners didn't know is that Viceroy requests these prisoners not to be harmed, or he give a reason why.
