Vought International Logo
Vought International was the name of an American multi-million dollar conglomerative led by CEO Stan Edgar and previously managed by Madelyn Stillwell, former Vice President. The company was famous for the founding of The Seven and managing the global population of licensed Supers. They have been shown to be quite corrupt and corporatist, with the only goal of becoming the world dominant company in the Tevei'vaikuji Universe.
History[]
Vought was founded by Frederick Vought, a Nazi scientist whom Hitler himself appointed as the chief physician at Dachau in WW2 where Vought would perform unethical experimentation on human test subjects in order to develop Compound V to enhance human beings into what are now known as Supes. Vought eventualy created the first dose of Compound V and had his first successful Superhero, his own wife, Stormfront. When Vought realized the Nazi party's defeat was certain, Vought defected from Nazi Germany and the Allied forces smuggled him to the US and allowed him to give his newly developed Compound V to military soldiers to increase their odds against the Nazi Party. This prompted President Franklin Roosevelt to pardon him in 1944, and allow him to continue his research on Compound V and create more Supes, and gave him his own corporation to further the development of the Supes as an advanced race of living weapons. At some point after Vought died Stan Edgar would take over as CEO and (perhaps like his predecessor) would cover up any casualties caused by the Supes. Compound V is shrouded from the public, however, whom are led to believe that Supes are born genetically advanced and chosen by God. Instead, Compound V was shipped across the US to hospitals by Samaritan's Embrace under the guise of medical supplies. At the end of Season One, however, Hughie Campbell was able to stop the Compound V shipments by threatening to release damaging information to the public about Ezekiel.
Public Outing and Outrage[]
Main article: Vought intervention |
However it’s reputation started to go down the drain with a series of events that caused Vought to be in the eye of the public opinion. First of one of the actions that Vought did was deployment of recently qualified supes from the Godolkin University into various war zones throughout primarily throughout the Alternate Known Multiverse places were hostilities had been at its peak and while this wasn’t suspicious as other groups like Praying Mantis were being deployed but for some unknown reasons whenever there weren’t any Vought aligned Supes conflicts will be greater with respect to the average and when Vought Supes were present there would be little to no combat. Very noticeable was during two battles; one was a Joe’s outpost that was being established and various unnamed insurgents equipped with state of the art firearms and heavy weapons ranging from Machine Guns to Javelins attacked the base around 5,000 insurgents were killed or taken prisoners, however in another battle various Supes from Vought were stationed in a town alongside various members of the Dzhokhar Dudayev Battalion and when the first insurgents attacked they were equipped with the stereotypical image of an insurgent fighter; a dirty man with an AK-style rifle and homemade bomb, during the attack around 750 insurgents were neutralized.
Alliance Investigations and Dissolution[]
Battle Against Heroes[]
When the Alliance agents discovered Vought’s purpose and weaponising humans, they could allow the Supes to run amok when shown a future of their earth being Ruled by the Supes with an iron fist. Believing the only way to liberate this world is by sending true heroes from other realities against them. Warning the heads of Vought to stand down or the Alliance will take them down by revealing all they know about their illegal activities and the destruction caused by the Seven,
