Wikillamk Binaklam, later known as Wikillamk Kutarukia and once held the titles of Grand Primarch and Emperor within the Kilominitic Empire, and was the Father of Yiloala and Vimble Kutarukia and the first husband of Empress Ribikial Kutarukia. the man was well known for his distrust of the Royal Families of the Kilominitic Empires, none-the-less, he became romantically involved with Empress Ribikial and eventually became her husband. He was killed by Yiloala when he was four in attempt to take control of the throne.
