Zelius Alliance, once known officially as the Alliance of Zelius Cities, was the official name of the Government, or rather, as close as they have gotten to, of the Zelius species. It was less of an unified government and more of European Union-like organization that's made up of the various City-States within the Zelius society. The Alliance was often the most dominate force for the species during it's time as a Multiversial power, serving as it's military, political and scientific force. It was dissolved after the extinction of the Zelius Speces, however, before this, the Alliance ordered the creation of numerous Citadels, the full number of which is never known, to be created and asked for the greatest minds that the species has to offer.
